This app is quite useful, yet it does not use its full potential in terms of real-term information and geolocalisation. Also, it would be useful to be able to buy tickets not only for zone 10, but also for several zones.
Excellent application with route building integration with google maps and timetables. Im happy with it ;)
I like it. I love geneve i love Swiss and this app is perfect
Some bad moments
An application that does not keep in mind that customer experience must come first. Not intuitive, slow, not user friendly, difficult to understand information. I think that tpg has to make an huge effort in the mobile and customer cx domains.
How is get directions not the opening page? How is it possible I have to open a browser and then when Ive finally obtained some info I have to go back into the app to open a map to find the station?? Might aswell ask around and hope for the best

Use this app daily to get around Geneva: easy to use, helpful, precise, all the functionalities u can think of!
This app was all I asked for, it looks good and works perfectly !
